The Royal Library of Belgium yesterday hosted the closing event of the programme Transcultura: Integrating Cuba, the Caribbean and the European Union through Culture and Creativity. This €15 million initiative, funded by the European Union, is the largest cultural cooperation project between UNESCO and the EU in the Caribbean.
