The Ministry of Culture announces the implementation of a new public policy on access to culture, meant to restore the balance between formality and real participation, by significantly reducing, starting this year, the number of invitations reserved for institutional protocol to cultural events organized or financed from public funds, the protocol seats being transformed into tickets for the public, which will be put on sale with a 50% discount and will be dedicated to students, students and pensioners — categories that often face difficulties in accessing these events.
