This Plan aims at the technological and digital upgrade of cultural institutions, so that they can utilize digital technology as a means of new and innovative ideas of artistic expression, improve the public experience, create accesses for disabled people in order to have an inclusive experience, etc.
By Decision of the Council of Ministers, the Scheme for the Support of Technological and Digital Upgrading of Cultural Institutions of the Deputy Ministry of Culture is implemented
