On November 3, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (Minister CHAE Hwi-young, MCST) released and distributed worldwide the English editions of two publications first published in Korean in June 2025 — the Guide to Copyright Registration for Generative AI-Assisted Works (“Registration Guide”) and Guide to Preventing Copyright Disputes Related to Generative AI Outputs (“Dispute Prevention Guide”).
