Welcoming the delegation, the Minister highly appreciated the friendly relations established between Armenia and Latvia and emphasized that there is potential for expanding cooperation in the fields of education, science, culture, sports, and youth. Zhanna Andriasyan emphasized the resumption of the Intergovernmental Commission's activities on economic, industrial, scientific, and technical cooperation between the two countries, noting that on the Armenian side, the Commission is chaired by the ESCS Ministry.
