The extensive Mental Health Toolkit project has promoted the readiness of workplaces and work communities to strengthen and support mental health as part of work ability. One of the project's special focus areas has been the arts, culture and event sectors. The project offered support and means for the mental well-being of self-employed and freelancers operating in these fields in different ways in different parts of Finland.
