A 19-member Djiboutian cultural and craft troupe left the capital on Wednesday to participate in the 39th edition of the Surajkund International Crafts Mela (SIAS), one of the world's largest annual handicrafts fairs, scheduled for January 31 to February 15 in Surajkund, near Faridabad, in the Indian state of Haryana.
