The new regulations expand the area of beneficiaries of the single allowance, so that this support will also benefit young specialists employed in the municipality of Chisinau. Also, the amendments aim to include theatrical-concert institutions and museums where the Ministry of Culture is the founder, as well as artistic collectives, structural subdivisions and their subsidiaries, located in the territory. This measure will contribute to reducing the shortage of staff and increasing the attractiveness of cultural institutions for young graduates.
