UNESCO in partnership with Sida and ICHCAP, initiated activities to map the creative human resources in Timor-Leste, assessing both individual capacities and the roles of civil society organizations while identifying their needs and challenges. The initiative is part of the broader efforts of UNESCO’s Re|Shaping Policies for Creativity and Artistic Freedom to strengthen institutional capacities in Timor-Leste for informed and participatory policy dialogue between government and civil society actors.
