ENCAC Expects Over E15m Boost for Arts, Culture

As anticipation grows for tomorrow’s budget speech in Parliament, the Eswatini National Council of Arts and Culture (ENCAC) remains optimistic about their envisaged budget of E15–20 million. ENCAC Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Stanley Dlamini expressed confidence that the funding would greatly enhance the sector.
