UNESCO is partnering with the Royal Commission for AlUla (Saudi Arabia) through the project “Fostering Positive Social Transformations in AlUla”, which aims to harness the potential of heritage and culture to foster dialogue, social cohesion, and sustainable development. The project supports AlUla’s long-term ambition to become a global destination for art, culture, and nature tourism, centred on the concept of a Living Museum — an evolving cultural landscape where heritage is actively experienced and connected to contemporary global audiences.
