Based on the National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence by 2030, adopted in 2025, the minister defended the development of technological solutions adapted to Francophone and African realities. In particular, she insisted on the need to create language models that integrate local languages, to strengthen the quality of cultural data, to continue the digitisation of heritage and to develop platforms capable of better promoting French-speaking works and artists.
