At the conclusion of the Abidjan 2 conference organized by the HACA of Côte d'Ivoire, the members of REFRAM and the Network of African Communication Regulatory Authorities (RIARC) adopted a "Declaration on the challenges of regulating artificial intelligence, social networks and freedom of communication on the African continent and in the French-speaking world".
