Musicians, artists, filmmakers, designers and other cultural practitioners in Dominica may soon receive more coordinated government support with the establishment of a dedicated creative economy development agency. The government announced the creation of the Dominica Creative Economy Development Agency, or DCEDA, during the 2026/2027 National Budget presentation by Finance Minister Dr. Irving McIntyre.
