Cameroon: Towards a Renewed Legal Framework for the Film Sector

On 17 and 18 August 2026, in Mbankomo, the interministerial committee responsible for reviewing the legal framework governing film activities in Cameroon held two days of working sessions as part of the project “Cinelab: Igniting Digital Innovation and Policy Reform in the Film Industry in Cameroon,” funded by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Korea.
