Culture Ministry Budget Jumps 22.6% to 9.6 Trillion Won for 2027

The South Korean government will spend 31.1 billion won on basic livelihood support for artists as part of a broader push to strengthen their social safety net, and has allocated 792.5 billion won to expand the Youth Culture Pass to a far larger group of recipients.
