Music organisations worldwide have come together in support of the DotMusic application to manage a .music domain. Since 2012, IFACCA has partnered with DotMusic in its application to ICANN to manage the .music domain name.

Delegates from nine countries attended the 4th IFACCA African Chapter Meeting which was held in Johannesburg, South Africa, on 24 and 27 May 2015 . The meeting was held to coincide with the African Unions 4th Pan African Cultural Congress.

Executive Director, Sarah Gardner, and African Coordinator, Ayeta Anne Wangusa, participated as international experts in the first meeting of the Expert Facility for the Implementation of the 2005 Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions held in Casablanca, Morocco, on 18 - 19 May 2015.

IFACCA is assisting Dr Lidia Varbanova, an international consultant in strategies and entrepreneurship in the arts and creative industries, in her research on International Entrepreneurship in the Arts. As part of the research process, Dr Varbanova has prepared an online survey that can be accessed in English, Spanish and French.
