Bringing together leaders of our National Member agencies to discuss critical issues and identify strategic priorities.

The 8th Executive Leaders' Seminar took place on 26 May 2025, alongside the 10th World Summit on Arts and Culture. During the seminar, Executive Leaders explored future thinking in complex times and discussed how public agencies can navigate challenges amid rapid change. Members discussed artificial intelligence (AI) integration, climate change, post-pandemic recovery in their respective national contexts and the need for long-term strategies to chart the future of arts and culture.
