The 4th IFACCA CEO Leadership Seminar featured in the 6th World Summit on Arts and Culture programme. During the seminar CEOs discussed the role of national cultural policies in a global context, new models and methodologies for arts funding, environmental sustainability, and private sector investment.  The seminar was facilitated by Russell Willis Taylor, President and CEO of National Arts Strategies.
