In order to build on a series of thought–provoking debates on the topic of crisis started by ENCATC in 2010, the 2014 ENCATC Annual Policy Debate will gather renowned international experts to provide insight into the cultural production sector and markets. Understanding the very specific economic characteristics will allow participants to recognize and react to the opportunities, threats and difficulties these sectors have in relation to the ongoing crisis. Join cultural managers, academics, researchers, policy makers, students, representatives from European institutions, and the wider general public and advance towards new and sustainable models of governance for the cultural sector.
