The aim of this event is to contribute to professional staff development for teachers in higher arts education institutions in an international setting. Previous ELIA Teachers' Academies have been held in Barcelona (2003) and Rotterdam (2005). When ELIA addresses the term Higher Arts Education all disciplines are included: architecture, dance, design, fine art, media arts, music and theatre. With this call we hope to encourage colleagues from all of these disciplines to consider contributing to the Teachers' Academy. Contribution proposals must be submitted by 29 January.
