Resource and its Cultural Diversity Network are holding a Cultural Diversity Festival throughout the English regions from October to December 2003 to celebrate the cultures, faiths and histories of minority ethnic people. The Festival started with the Black History Month of October but has continued beyond it for a further two months to end of December.
