Digital Resources for the Humanities Conference 2004

DRH is a series of annual conferences whose goal is to bring together the creators, users, distributors, and custodians of digital resources in the humanities.
The 2004 Conference aims to address some of the key emerging themes and strategic issues that engagement with ICT is bringing to humanities computing and scholarly research.
Themes for 2004 include:
- Methods in humanities computing
- Cross-sector exchange between heritage, national and local government, and education bodies
- Broadening the humanities computing base
- New forms of scholarly publication
DRH 2004 is delighted to welcome as plenary speakers the European Commissioner and Chancellor of the University of Newcastle, the Rt Hon Christopher Patten, the Director of ICT at the AHRB, Professor David Robey, and the Director of the Great North Museum Project, Ian Watson.
