The conference aims to assess the role of educational leadership and educational systems in assisting communities with diverse cultures to seek cooperation, coordination, and networks in order to compete and function effectively in this age of globalization. The conference will also provide an opportunity for participants from various government and private sectors at the regional and international levels to exchange their knowledge and experiences, to have mutual understanding; and to develop basic educational systems which are in line with the government policy. Professors and researchers at all educational levels are invited to submit papers/presentations on these topics.
Goals:
1. To serve as a forum for international and Thai educators to present their research on diversity and cultural issues, and share their knowledge and experiences on educational leadership roles working with the community to bring about relevant change.
2. To implement knowledge management strategies to create a community of educators committed to cultural diversity and globalization.
3. To help educational academicians, researchers and other professionals have better understanding and appreciate diverse cultures in order to bring about social and cultural reconciliation.
4. To develop and establish networks at the local and international levels so as to establish peace and security in this region.
