The IV St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum will be held from 14-16 December, at the Mikhailovsky Theatre. Already the number of participants has increased 40 times from last year and the audience has amounted to about three thousand. The venue's for discussions and meetings will be held in 50 sites of St. Petersburg.
