We invite participants to bring modes of discussing approaches to inquiry about aesthetic processes. In particular we wish to focus on the nature of place in these worlds.  Journeys alight at different places and we know that a physical place and a sense of space is needed in order to construct an artwork. Artists intervening in organizations have to find a space which they can make their place. In this place aesthetic processes might thrive and develop. In art a good institution will harbor and protect nascent projects and germs of ideas. Questions arise such as:  Do we need spaces dedicated to poetry, play and criticism in work organizations?

Therefore we are looking for contributions which speak to the notions of places for artists, play and art in organisations and which address questions of what their contributions might be? Can you tell us of any such places in organisations you are studying and how they came about?  Can you enlighten us about innovative ways in which they can be created, maintained or developed upon? Were these spaces designed or did they just happen to be there and utilised by those with flair? Bring you stories, images, videos, studies or theoretical thoughts from any realm of organized work like urban centers, business firms, NGO:s, industrial premises and join us for an adventure: journey into aesthetics., nomadic wanderings,' musings on leadership and conversations, dialogue, schwung philosophical happenings and arts place inquiry.
