The Power of Exhibitions and Exchanges in a Global Society

The International Committee for Exhibition Exchange (ICEE) is a forum for the dissemination of knowledge and experience about exhibitions.
ICEE is holding its annual meeting for 2002 in London from November 17-19 this year. The theme is 'The Power of Exhibitions and Exchanges in a Global Society'. ICE 2002 is set to push exhibition boundaries and will examine the exhibition as a powerful medium used in both traditional spaces and in the new virtual space.Discussions will include; the importance of the exchange that takes place between the exhibition and the public, as well as the professional exchange that happens between the exhibition partners, producers and borrowers. Speakers from around the world will share their viewpoints, as shaped by their professional experience, and engage attendees in a discussion of ideas on the power of exhibitions and exhanges in a global society.
