Arts Council England, North West today announced the topic of its debate for art07, “Is the countryside more English than the city?”
Held in association with BBC Radio 3’s ideas and culture programme, Night Waves, the debate will form part of the programme for the fourth annual regional spotlight on the arts – art07 – taking place in Kendal on Friday 8th June 2007.
Recorded before a live audience, the debate will be broadcast on BBC Radio 3’s Night Waves on Thursday 14 June at 9.45pm.
