In 2002, the European Cultural Foundation established a Reflection Group of external experts whose mandate was to consider the cultural dimension of European integration, with particular reference to enlargement, and develop recommendations in the area of cultural policy. This publication is the final report of the Reflection Group, giving each members´individual perspective on the cultural challenges facing Europe today.
