The Spanish Ministry of Culture's Directorate General for Cultural Cooperation and Communication is offering a number of scholarships for cultural professionals from Latin America, as well as from the Philippines, Equatorial Guinea and Puerto Rico, in order to support their participation in training courses organized by the Ministry in Spain. Spanish residents, independent of their nationalities, are excluded from the call.
