Department for Culture, Media and Sport,
01 September 2007, England

The Department for Culture Media and Sport commissioned Frontier Economics to explore the feasibility of conducting a study on the economic impact of live music on local areas.
The report looks at what a framework for understanding the costs and benefits of live music to local communities might comprise. In addition, they explore what data are available and what data would need to be collected in order to actually carry out a study on the economic impact of live music.
