The IFACCA board met this week (5-7 November) in London, hosted by Arts Council England.
The IFACCA board meets every six months, and during this meeting, their discussions included recent developments in WorldCP, Indigenous arts policy, the 6th World Summit on Arts and Culture (13 – 16 January 2014), as well as a number of new projects.
A special session of the board meeting was held on Tuesday morning, with invited guests from IFACCA member organisations, and Dr Dave O’Brien from City University London, to discuss the role of ‘cultural value’ in cultural policy. Guests also had the opportunity to discuss IFACCA’s research program.
