SFAC (Seoul Foundation for Arts and Culture) is holding a workshop entitled “Seoul Educators Workshop in Alliance with Lincoln Center Institute” from August 15th to 24th. The SEW 2011 is a professional development project with an international scope. Based on the imaginative education philosophy underlying LCI’s International Educator Workshop (InEW), the SEW 2011 has an ambitious agenda: to challenge both arts educators of all arts genres and general classroom teachers to not only define their goals in relation to an arts education with a new perspective, but also to define their role as individuals and as members of the community.

This workshop provides an opportunity to experience top-notch teaching techniques of imaginative learning through aesthetic education and explores world-known Korean artworks.
