The themes of SINSFO have always moved forward towards the advancement of cultural and artistic festivals. Starting this year, From Festival to Cultural Governance will be discussed at SINSFO through a series of seminars hosted in Seoul throughout the next three years. In 2006, the topic for our first seminar will be "City Lives Alive : Urban Revitalization Milieu and Festival." Our aim is to explore the opportunities for festival growth through city-culture collaboration.
