In February 2008 Alan Davey, Chief Executive, Arts Council England, commissioned an external review of our regularly funded organisations investment strategy from Baroness Genista McIntosh.

In addition to Baroness McIntosh's report, the Executive Director Advocacy and Communications commissioned a specific report from Gill Kirk of Lyric Communications examining the communication of the investment strategy.
