What will be my key activities?
Partnering with the Production Director, the Director of Production Operations will be responsible for the overall management of all non-performance related aspects of the department.  This includes overseeing the regular maintenance of all of the Centre’s performance venues and production facilities, identifying technical deficiencies in functional requirements, managing equipment maintenance, upgrading and replacement, and maintain a support strategy for the Centre’s technical equipment and systems. This position will share responsibility with the Production Director for the operations and functional capacity of the department.

Additional components of this position include managing stage crew scheduling, taking part in project based cross functional activities, overseeing the weekly payroll and acting as the principal liaison with the union, IATSE Local 471.

This position reports to the President & CEO of the NAC.
