The Minister of the National Secretariat of Culture (SNC), Rubén Capdevila, and the director of the National Directorate of Intellectual Property (DINAPI), Joel Talavera, signed a framework agreement for inter-institutional cooperation, in order to continue articulating efforts to both Institutions.
