Compensatory allowances for developers are introduced

The Lithuanian Culture Council is starting to pay one-off payments to self-employed creators, which will partially compensate music, performing arts and filmmakers for the loss of income due to the spread of coronavirus (Covid-19) and the quarantine announced in the country.
