La Coordinación Nacional de Memoria Histórica y Cultural de México de la Presidencia de la República, en conjunto con la Secretaría de Cultura del Gobierno de México, a través de la Dirección General de Bibliotecas (DGB), y las Coordinaciones Estatales de Bibliotecas Públicas, presentan el proyecto Bibliotutorías, el cual tiene el objetivo de apoyar a las y los alumnos de primaria y secundaria en el proceso de enseñanza durante el ciclo escolar 2020-2021 que se realiza a distancia, ante la contingencia sanitaria por COVID-19.
