The Diversity Project is a major, national multi-million pound strategic initiative from Sept 2002 to March 2004 that seeks to empower artists and arts organisations from diverse cultural backgrounds. Project Manager, Diversity Project You will be responsible for translating the strategy of a multi-million pound initiative into a realistic delivery plan and managing its implementation. You will be a proven Project Manager, with substantial experience of managing high profile national events or initiatives. You will also be a strategic and logical thinker with extensive budget management experience. Both posts require highly developed project management skills and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A good understanding of the arts and arts funding sector as well as an understanding of current and emergent developments in diverse arts policy and practice is essential.
