Arts Regeneration Trailblazer programme, working closely in partnership with Thurrock Council and East England Arts, aims to demonstrate the use of the arts as an effective vehicle for economic and social regeneration. Your role will be to lead on the strategic development of sustainable arts-led business in Thurrock, with the aim of developing the arts as an effective vehicle for economic and social regeneration. Key accountabilities include:

devising and managing the delivery of a focused programme of arts regeneration projects;

identifying and obtaining appropriate resources and funding;

researching, developing, managing and delivering arts-based training and business start up initiatives Educated to degree level or equivalent, you should have at least three years' experience in arts or regeneration, project management, including being responsible for cultural or regeneration resources and partnerships. Knowledge and experience of the arts funding system, including lottery and other public funding programmes, is essential.
