New Mexico Arts, a division of the Office of Cultural Affairs, is seeking applications for a Public Art Projects Coordinator. The position is full-time employment.
Responsibilities include Intitiate & coordinate all aspects of the Art in Public Places (AIPP) art slection process, provide technical assistance to artists, local governments & state agencies, direct groups, mediate disputes, handle multiple priorities & work with a diverse public.
Education B.A. in visual art, design arts or art history.
Experience One year in art administration which includes visual art. One year with Microsoft Word,Access & Excel.
