Renowned curator moves to Tokyo Museum of Contemporary Art

Japanese Art Scene Monitor has reported that long-time curator at the Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography, Michiko Kasahara, has recently moved to the the city's Museum of Contemporary Art. Kasahara has worked for the Museum of Photography for 13 years and during that time has contributed to many shows, including last year’s Kiss in the Dark: Contemporary Japanese Photography and this year’s On Landscape; Japanese Contemporary Photography. The Monitor notes that Kasahara is particularly interested in contemporary photography and gender issues.
