DCM is a fast-growing telemarketing and telefundraising firm that works exclusively with Arts organizations. We are seeking an Account Executive to ensure the success of our campaigns across the country. Current clients include NY City Opera, Hollywood Bowl, American Conservatory Theater (San Francisco), Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, The Dallas Opera, and the Symphonies of Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati and New Jersey. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to supervising telemarketing managers who work at various campaigns; planning and overseeing telemarketing & telefundraising efforts and working closely with clients and managers to make sure that campaigns are properly prepared and well supervised. Knowledge of telemarketing, fundraising and experience in the Arts are a big plus. The right candidate is well organized, has great interpersonal skills, excellent computer skills (PC, Windows, Word, Excel) and is good with numbers. Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure, an independent worker, able to solve problems thoughtfully and creatively, a real motivator and team player with a great work ethic.
