Australian Art Resources, one of Australia's leading fine art consultancys, seeks a dynamic, motivated and customer-focused individual to manage our NSW operation, based at new premises in Paddington. Working closely with the directors, you will be responsible for:

the profitability and success of the business on a day-to-day basis

developing and managing new business

maintaining our long-term relationships with a high profile client base

working with an important group of architects, designers and corporate clients, and

running major exhibitions for some of Australia's leading artists. Prerequisites are:

management experience in small to medium sized businesses

a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets in a quality sales environment

outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills

strong organisational, administrative and computer skills

a keen interest in the Arts would also be beneficial. The position offers excellent opportunities for promotion. Full training will be given along with an extremely attractive salary package, which will include a company car and stock options for the ideal candidate.
