The purpose of the position is to provide leadership and continuous quality improvement in the management of Arts Queensland's funding programs and funds management systems. Key outcomes for the position include:
Formulation of quality systems and effective data management;
High level analysis and monitoring of funding outcomes;
Development of quality service delivery methodologies;
Development and implementation of a program evaluation framework;
Effective management of the grants programs administered by Arts Queensland; and
Leadership in organisational planning and monitoring of program outcomes.
