The Village of Arts and Humanities, a community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to neighborhood revitalization through the arts, seeks qualified candidates for the position of Managing Director. The MD supports the efforts of the Executive Director working closely within the Leadership Team and manages all Village program activities. The MD has a leading role in developing strategies for program implementation and organizational development, guides and supports managing staff to ensure meeting organizational goals, practices in financial planning and monitoring of program budgets, oversees planning and implementation of organizational technology and designated area of organizational communications. Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, Masters preferred, with at least 5 years experience in a non-profit management position, excellent writing, communication, and conflict resolution skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, organize details, and work under pressure, and proficiency developing innovative organizational structure and processes. Comp $35,000+ (Depending on experience), plus full benefits.
