Arcady Music Festival, Maine's year-round touring music festival, seeks an experienced administrator to work with its Artistic Director to provide leadership and professional expertise to a unique arts organization. Now in its twenty-second year, Arcady brings world class international chamber music ensembles directly into communities in East Central, Northern and Downeast Maine. Arcady's year-round activities, based in Bar Harbor, Bangor and Dover-Foxcroft, include a six consecutive-week touring summer festival, a four week touring winter concert series with an extensive school outreach program, an annual statewide Youth Competition and other programs for youth. The successful applicant must have demonstrable experience in fundraising, marketing and budget management, excellent verbal and written communication skills and the capacity to manage a large, regional network of volunteers. Some travel is required.
