Information Management Services Director, Corporate Administration Agency The Corporate Administration Agency (CAA) was established on 1 July 1997 to provide a comprehensive range of corporate support and facilities management services to particular client agencies within the Arts portfolio. The CAA is administratively attached to Arts Queensland and is responsible for maintaining the Queensland Cultural Centre (QCC) on behalf of the Government. In terms of corporate support, the CAA now provides services to a number of other government agencies in addition to the core Arts portfolio clients of the State Library of Queensland, Queensland Museum and Queensland Art Gallery. The CAA derives its income directly from clients in order to fund its operations. A service level agreement defines the services and service standards to be provided to each agency. The position is responsible for leading and effectively managing the role, responsibilities, functions and resources of the Information Management Branch to provide cost effective and efficient services to clients.
