You will need to have an excellent awareness of dance activity and provision in Wales and will be expected to contribute positively and creatively to the development and implementation of the Arts Council's local and national arts strategies. Strong interpersonal skills are essential to this post, along with the ability to build effective relationships with agencies, colleagues, individuals and dance organisations at all levels. Fluency in Welsh as well as English is desirable for this post.
